Celebrating 17 years in business, let's celebrate! You are cordially invited
to our "Ripple Effect" Spring Recital offering a captivating, interdisciplinary
show exploring how a single drop of water, through its fluid, kinetic
energy, creates widespread, transformative impact. Signifying how small
actions ripple outward to effect significant changes. Watch as our
amazing pole & aerial performaers inspire change through the beauty
of water movement and through understanding positive actions generate

STUDENT PROTOCOL:
~ PLEASE have account set up before you arrive at the studio
~ Pre-register for class to reserve your spot. This will ensure easy traffic flow as classes exchange.
~ Sign in Sheet - Sign waiver upon arrival at studio.
~ Optional - Bring your own Mat or use ours
~ Optional - Bring your own Small Towel/Clean Rag to disinfect your equipment/pole
~ Optional - Bring your own grip aids & hand sanitizer
~ Wash hands or hand sanitizer upon entering the studio and before leaving the studio
~ Students should wipe down their workout station and equipment before and after use (We provide disinfectant). Instructors will give directions as needed.
Option to BORROW Equipment & Disinfect
~ Disinfect studio mats with spray after use
~ Get a towel from the bin and return afterwards. Towels are refreshed every week. Bring your own towel if you prefer.
~ Student equipment and/or any belongings cannot be stored at the studio.
~ The studio is disinfected after every class. Bathrooms are disinfected after use and there is Disinfectant in bathrooms if you would like to spay/wipe down things yourself.

Reminder: If you are on membership all unused classes ROLL OVER for up to 12 months as long as you remain on a membership...this is a benefit to you if you decide to wait for our re-open.

Go to the CLASSES tab to pick your class or choose FIT Classes in the online store to purchase your WELCOME package. Please reserve your spot in class so we know to expect you. Every student must create an account to attend classes.
NOTE: PRE-PAYMANT is required to reserve your classes online.
WALK-INS are welcome but classes will be cancelled if there is not 2 students pre-registered 6hrs before class. We have a 6hr. "No Matter What" Cancellation policy for all classes. If class is cancelled those registered will be contacted and their class will be available to use on another class.

~ Online Classes will continue to be offered for your convenience. When looking at our schedule through MIND/BODY the class will say ONLINE when registering. You will be contacted with a Zoom code if registered for class.
~ Online Classes are a great way to stay FIT & FLY with us if you cannot make it to the studio.

PoleFIT Revolution offers an amazing PoleFIT Essentials Instructor Training for all Pole enthusiasts. This 2-day training will give you the basic tools to break into the world of Pole as an instructor. You'll learn the ins and outs of a variety of Beginner Pole Fitness Spins, Power Moves and Dance Choreography and most importantly how to teach it to others and progress them safely including fundamental technique.

Kids will love to FLY and train like they are in the circus along with working on dance, gymnastic skills, flexibility and conditioning. Parents must sign a waiver at the studio on the day of the 1st class.
