POLE TRICKS Beginner Workshop introduces you to the art of Pole Dancing and will teach you tricks and transitions (over 45 sexy moves) according to your level. Once you have learned these moves you will have the tools to really burn some calories and get your sexy on. Attend PoleFIT classes to build strength and endurance to learn more challenging tricks in workshops.

POLE TRICKS Intermediate Workshop will incorporate combination spins, inversions, climbs and other tricks and transitions to put in a routine. Once you have mastered these moves you will have a show stopping workout that burns calories and impresses any audience. Practice your moves and build strength and flexibility in our PoleFIT classes and OPEN Pole Jams.
50% deposit of $50 to reserve your spot in class. Balance is due the first day of class. Drop-Ins Welcome for $30 /workshop if space is available. *** NO REFUNDS and classes must be used within your 4wk session. You can switch to a different Pole Class to make-up if space is available. Must give notice during session to schedule a make-up class. Make-ups will not be honored after the session is over. You can also go to OPEN Pole for make-ups during your session and if you sign up for another 4wk session we will honor your make-ups until that session has ended. Space is limited in classes so PLEASE do not ask to be an exception.
