Karol Helms perfomance was jaw dropping AMAZING as well as alll the other performers!!! Karol has seven years of experience as a professional pole artist and has recently won the USPDF (US Pole Dance Federation) title MISS SEXY 2010. Other pole titles include, USPDF East Coast Winner 2009, and title of MAL's Miss Poleapalooza Charlotte 2008 and 2009. As an attentive instructor, Karol loves teaching others to find confidence and strength through pole dancing.

PoleINTRO - This 45min. class will give you a feel for our PoleFIT & our PoleTRICKS class formats. Teaching you some beginner moves on the pole, with a fitness twist.
Pole45 - This is a 45min. version of our PoleTRICKS class. A BEGINNER fitness based pole class that we offer as part of our FITin45 classes. This is a great way to learn some pole tricks and transitions in only 45min. for those women on the run. This class will be offered ONLY during Off Peak Hours (before 5pm) M - F. Add Pole45 to your fitness program to get in shape and learn some great sexy moves too!
